How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email from us once you have successfully paid for your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We have partnered with iPay88 as our payment gateway provider and are currently accepting the following payment methods:
- Debit and Credit Cards (i.e. Visa, Mastercard and UnionPay)
- Online Banking via FPX for all participating Malaysian banks
- Boost Wallet
- Touch N Go
Kindly note that all orders will be transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Can I cancel my order?
We sincerely hope you don't, but we understand that you may have accidentally duplicated your order. If so, drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order if it has not been shipped. We will reimburse the monetary value of your order with a kechik gift card of the same value which you can use for your next order.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship your order within 3-5 business days upon receiving your order. However, there may be a slight delay if we experience a high volume of orders. Please bear with us as we are just a new team of two sisters :)
How do I track my order?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is packed and ready for delivery. Upon its shipment from our premises, you could expect to receive your order within an estimation of 3 - 5 business days for deliveries within Malaysia, and 5 - 20 business days for overseas deliveries. Delivery times may be longer than usual in light of the current COVID-19 situation.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Philippines and Australia. However, we can also ship worldwide, so do email us at email@example.com and we can arrange it for you!
What are your shipping rates?

Do your shipping rates include customs and import duty?
The shipping rates do not include customs and import duty and these charges usually differ by country. You would need to cover these charges should your parcel incur them.
Returns & Exchanges - help us do better
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product (not including its packaging) received is damaged due to transportation fault(s) and cannot be used for a holistic play experience (e.g. broken scoop handle), and/ or is a different product from what is ordered. However, colour variation will not be a condition for returns or exchanges as the colour of items received may vary slightly from what is pictured on the website due to product availability. Items returned or exchanged must also be in their original packaging and condition and not been tampered with.
Take a photo of your item and email us at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Attach the photo in your email and let us know your reason for requesting a return or exchange. We will be happy to advise you on the required next steps to proceed with your return or exchange.

My little one and I are new to sensory play. Where do I start?
Sensory play is all about open-ended, mindlessly fun play - and our sensory kits do just that! These kits have been curated to make sensory play as accessible and convenient to you as a parent/ educator.
Set up your kit with your little one, lay out some ground rules and watch as they explore and immerse in his/ her little world. Our kits also include a kechik Play Guide to help you get started.
How safe are your products for my little one?
We have curated each sensory kit with your little in mind to ensure that every item in it is purposeful and safe. Where applicable, items in our kits have been ensured that they comply with international safety standards.
However, there may be small parts in our kits that pose a choking hazard. These small parts are not meant for children under three years old or individuals who may have a tendency to place objects in their mouths. Thus, parents are strongly advised to determine if these items are safe for your little one, and supervise/ set boundaries where necessary.
How do I ensure my products last?
Like all things, our products are subject to wear and tear after a period of time. We recommend wiping the plastic items (e.g. animal figurines) with a damp cloth and airing it to dry every once in a while.
As for the sensory base, we recommend replacing them once every 6-12 months (depending on its condition) to ensure it is hygienic. We would also include specific care instructions on the product packing for different sensory bases where necessary.
How do I create unforgettable #kechikmoments with my little one?
We have included specially-designed kechik flashcards in our kits which you can use to facilitate and make the most of your little one's learning experience. Based on our experience as an Early Childhood Educator and feedback from fellow practitioners, you can form precious bonds with your little one by reading these flashcards and talk endlessly about them together. Keep a look out on our social media accounts as we will share more tips along the way!Are you sensory kits available as party favours or mini kits, and can we customise them?
